The process begins when you contact us to let us know what type of property you are interested in. The attorney-agent will then send you information on available properties. MLS PIN is the largest Multiple Listing Service in New England and one of the largest in the nation, with a database of over 64,000 properties for sale and more than one million off-market listings. As an exclusive buyer's agent, we can also show you properties such as those that are "For Sale by Owner", in addition to MLS listed properties.
Keep in mind, unlike other traditional real estate agencies where you might feel you are being "steered" towards a particular property, MBBA will only show properties YOU request to see.
